The control cabinet is a key link to realize the automatic control of exhaust gas treatment equipment, including precise control of various links such as exhaust gas pretreatment, adsorption, and desorption. It plays a vital role in the automatic control and efficient operation of the entire exhaust gas treatment system.
This environmental protection project uses the advanced process of activated carbon + pretreatment dust removal filtration + fire sprinkler to treat exhaust gas. We helped them design and implement an intelligent control exhaust gas system, including valve control, variable frequency fan, pipeline pressure control, temperature sampling during activated carbon adsorption of exhaust gas, and sprinkler fire extinguishing control during fire.
Through precise valve control, ensure that the exhaust gas flows along the established path without leakage or disorder. The variable frequency fan can manually adjust the fan output frequency according to actual needs or automatically adjust the fan output frequency according to the pipeline pressure, improve the exhaust gas treatment efficiency, and achieve energy saving and consumption reduction at the same time. PID control is used for pipeline pressure control to maintain the target pressure value in the pipeline to prevent abnormal pressure from damaging the equipment. The temperature sampling function monitors the activated carbon adsorption process of waste gas in real time to ensure the adsorption effect and safety; once the temperature exceeds the set value, the sprinkler fire extinguishing system can respond quickly to provide reliable safety protection for the entire system.
